Société Honoraire de Français was formed to honor those students who have achieved a 90 or above average in French. The students are selected based on their overall average after the second semester of their second year in French.
The French and Spanish societies then have an induction ceremony in the spring of the students’ second year. This induction is held in the evening and parents are encouraged to attend. Students must maintain an A- or above average
in order to remain in the Honor Society. This honor is acknowledged in the students’ file for college admission. Members are also asked to help tutor beginning level students.
